When you request a campaign offer through our website, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided), industry, and the offer you are interested in.

We use this information only to contact you about the offer you requested and to plan a possible onboarding. We will send you a personal email first to confirm that you are interested.

3. Technical information

To protect the form against spam, duplicate and automated submissions, we also store limited technical data with each request: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the original address, and your browser's user-agent text.

4. How we use and share your information

Your information is never sold to third parties. It is used only to operate the service, respond to your requests and improve the platform. We do not share it with anyone except service providers that are necessary to run the service, such as our web hosting and email provider.

5. How long we keep it

We keep offer requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Account information is kept for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
